Mexican American REVEALED THE TRUTH OF ISLAM


My name is Ali . I am 29 years old and I was born in Mexico .
I hope that my story inshall of Allah will help people to understand Islam and why Islam has drawn .
Many people have the wrong show for Islam and Muslims . Few things to know are the movies and on television , where he is generally misrepresented .


My life before was terrible , I had ANY orientation will go . When I failed the ninth grade , then began to roam the streets . With my friends started to go at parties , drink alcohol , take drugs and sell . Most of my friends were members of a gang ( I 've never met such a bunch nonjë ) . As time passed , and as much as I fillovaqë mar stronger drugs . I had my dreams , but the reality was quite different .
The more you fall into depression , the more I became hanged himself from drugs .
One day a friend told me he knows a place to buy the best marijuana . I wanted to taste and try .
We went into the apartment where there were several other people . When we tasted and bought drugs , then we headed out . One of those boys who were inside and called my friend to come with him to his apartment to give a book . We went with the boy to his apartment and he gave the book to my friend and told him to read , because that book may help to solve the problems of life .
On the way home from my friend asked me to show the book . It was the Quran .


Never before had I heard the Qur'an . I started to read some short passages from the Quran . Reading , it became clear that everything I read is true. It was like when someone gives them a slap in the face to wake up call .
The Qur'an is so clear and simple to understand . I was really impressed and wanted to understand as much about Islam and Muslims . The strange thing is that I did not ask ANY religion . The ridicule people who skonin in church and sometimes declares that God does not exist , even though deep down inside I felt that He exists .


A few days later I went to the library and borrowed the Quran . I started reading . I learned about the Messenger of God , Muhammad [ sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam ] , and I realized the truth about Jesus [ peace be upon him ] , son of Mary .
The Qur'an states that God is One and has no partner nor son . This was particularly interesting to me , because he never understood the term " trinity " .
The Qur'an describes the birth of Jesus [ peace be upon him ] and his Prophethood . But surah Maryam ( which is named after his mother ) describes his life .


Already as a child I went to church regularly .
My mother , me and my sister every week to take us to church .
In fact , I have not been religious uneasnjëherë and when interrupted filled 14 years going to church .
I never clear why my mother was Protestant , while the rest of the family were Catholics .
Muhammad [ sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam ] is the last prophet of God sent to all mankind .
The Qur'an speaks of all the prophets of God , Adam, Noah , Moses , David , Jesus - blessing be upon him - and all of them speak , so that everyone is able to understand the Quran .


I began to explore the history of Islam . Having studied Islamic history , I realized that Spain had been a Muslim country over 800 years and that Muslims were expelled from Spain by the Spanish King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella .
Those who fled to Mexico had been forced by the Spanish Christians to accept Christianity .
Histosria and my roots were Islamic slowly now becoming more clear .
After several months of research and study , I could not deny the truth .
However , despite this , wash everything aside and continued to live my life so far .
I knew that if I accept Islam will have to leave everything I've done so far , and what it was she very afraid .


One day while reading the Quran , rrashë knees and cried to thank Allah that showed me the way.
I realized that my house is near a mosque on a Friday and I decided to go there and see how Muslims pray .
I saw how Muslims entering the mosque during take off your shoes and sit on the floor , which delighted me immensely .
MJE man among them stood up and began to call the adhan . This sound so much delighted , that my eyes filled with tears , because it sounded so beautiful .
I realized that Islam is not a religion , but also a guide to life .
As some went to the mosque Friday , decided to impose martyrdom . Khatib approached and told him that I want to become a Muslim . Next Friday , in the presence of all pronounced Shahada , first in Arabic and then in English .
When finished , a brother called " takbeer " and all vocal several times said " Allah Akbar " . Then all the brothers came and began to embrace and congratulate me .
Will never haroj that day , it was a pleasant experience .


Today I feel comfort in soul and feel the purity of my faith .
Acceptance of Islam , my life changed for the better , and therefore should be thankful to Allah Almighty , Who showed me the way.
I was honored to go on hajj , the holy city of Mecca . Perform Pilgrimage for me was a great experience . Three million people of different races and colors , from all over the world come to pray to Allah . Really amazing thing .
In 2002 , thanks to Allah , I married a believer from Morocco .
I think that Islam is the answer to all the problems of young people and society as a whole .
