- download menu: added option "Cleaning Picons" - clean picons for selected

- updated pl, sk, cz, en, ru, de, it, uk, pt, tr, es, fa, al, ro, hu, nl, et, lt
- fix displaying special info pressing button "help"
- fix some russian characters in default font (Regular)
- fix and full support for OpenATV images
- added new OLED type: "VU+ 4k Snr,Agc"
- added categories in setup of skin - you can switch quickly between categories
by using RC buttons Bouquet+/- (P+/- or Ch +/-)
update is available online (setup and website)
