Code PHP:
- enable picons in channellist for streaming services
- PiconRenderer: add support for streams (use channelname for picon name. replace spaces with _)
- PiconLoader / PiconMapper: switch to MultiContentEntryAlphaBlend from MultiContentEntryAlphaTest
- AddOnManager: fix for displaying skin-names correctly
