Tony Pulis insists West Brom “would love to keep" striker Saido Berahino, but refused to rule out selling him in the January transfer window if a good offer came in.

“It’s the window so everybody is talking about his future again, which we’ve had for three windows now,” Pulis said.

And when asked whether he’d like Berahino to stay at the Hawthorns, he said: “I was asked that question two windows ago and I said exactly the same.

“The club would love to keep him. It’s like selling a house. If someone comes along and makes an offer that’s too good to turn down, you don’t turn it down.

“But three parties have to agree it – that’s the two clubs and the kid. If it happens I’m sure you’ll be well informed.”
