extraire oscam_svn 11370-arm and rename this emu (oscam) and send
mnt/hdd/ program/ bin a la fin chmod 775 reboot your receiver

Clean the cccam reader description code mess.
If this breaks anything for you: fix the broken code properly!
oscam-chk: accept all providers when provider is not specified
This commit fixes the problem when a CAID is set in reader settings,
but the provider is set to zeroes (000000).
Without the patch, a "reader not found" was returned.
