England and France will pay tribute to the 129 people killed in the Paris attacks before Tuesday's international football friendly at Wembley.
The 90,000 capacity crowd is expected to sing La Marseillaise - the French national anthem - in front of the Duke of Cambridge and Prime Minister David Cameron.
The French Football Federation chose to go ahead with the fixture.
France's game with Germany at the Stade de France was targeted in the attacks.
Before kick-off, flowers will be laid at the side of the pitch by a number of dignitaries and the opposing managers, England's Roy Hodgson and France boss Didier Deschamps.
The teams will be led out by a blue, white and red flag with the French motto 'liberte, egalite, fraternite' on it.
A Belgian citizen has been identified as the mastermind of the attacks, and Belgium's friendly with Spain on Tuesday in Brussels has been called off because of security fears.
Meanwhile, Germany's game with Netherlands in Hannover was cancelled little over an hour before kick-off (19:45 GMT). The stadium was evacuated and supporters sent home due to security concerns.
However, French Football Federation president Noel le Graet turned down the Football Association's (FA) offer to cancel the match.
FA chief executive Martin Glenn has said the game will have "massive global significance".
"It's the first big public event since Friday and the eyes of the world will be on Wembley, not just those of English people," he added. "It's important to do something to demonstrate terrorism can't win."
The FA has encouraged England supporters to learn the words to La Marseillaise in a show of solidarity and Wembley's arch is lit up in the blue, white and red of the French flag.
