Chelsea striker Diego Costa has been recalled by Spain for two friendlies, at home to England on 13 November and away to Belgium four days later.
Costa, 27, was left out of Vicente Del Bosque's squad for the final two Euro 2016 qualifiers in October.
He was banned for a match with Luxembourg but, even though he would have been available to face Ukraine, Del Bosque opted not to call him up.
Seven of the the 24-man squad play in the Premier League.
Three of Costa's Chelsea team-mates are included - defender Cesar Azpilicueta, midfielder Cesc Fabregas and forward Pedro.
Manchester United keeper David De Gea and forward Juan Mata get the nod along with Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla.
The only uncapped player in the group is Sevilla goalkeeper Sergio Rico, 22.
Del Bosque denied any suggestion Costa was left out of the squad in October because he was serving a three-game domestic ban with Chelsea for violent conduct.
Spain, who secured their place at Euro 2016 by winning nine of their 10 qualifying games, entertain England in Alicante before travelling to Belgium.
