Remote not responding

Hi guys,

I need your help, please.

The silver remote control of my Tiger Z460 stop working all of a sudden. I put in brand new batteries but still no response.
The receiver comes with two remote controls, black and silver. The black remote works fine but the silver one does not. I tried switching the receiver off from the front panel and then from the power button at the back and switched it back on but still refused to function.
I appreciate any assistance please.

Maybe your remote has something wrong inside.
You can open it to try to fix the problem.

If I open it I will lose the warranty. I have sent an email to the manufacturer asking them for help. I'm using the black one just now tillI hear from them.
