*epgcache: make timeUpdated a public function
So it is possible to update the time with internet
(Menu-Setup-System-System Time)
*Add StartUpService
*When using option to open channel selection with OK button:
-use exit button to show infobar
-use 2 x exit button to show Secondinfobar
