Duo2 drivers: fix dual DVB-T2/C tuner in changing mode
Update languages: es, no
Updated MediaTree (all dvb usb drivers)

[ScanSetup] Support TT3L10 automatic scan.
[TransCodingSetup] fix set config bug and wrong description.
