C’est la rumeur foot qui va passionner tout le Maghreb, et plus particulièrement la Tunisie.
Le sélectionneur national tunisien Nabil Maâloul (http://www.africatopsports.com/2013/09/09/tunisie-reunion-de-crise-de-la-federation-apres-la-debacle-contre-le-cap-vert/)qui a démissionné dimanche dernier n’ayant pas réussi à qualifier son pays pour la prochaine coupe du monde au Brésil - défaite à domicile (0-2) face au Cap-Vert- pourrait être remplacé par Georges Leekens.
Nabil Maâloul n’est resté que sept mois à la tête des ‘Aigles de Carthage’. Il avait pris les rênes de la sélection tunisienne après la mauvaise Coupe d’Afrique des Nations et succédé à Sami Trabelsi. »C’est une énorme déception, je ne comprends pas comment cela a pu arriver. Nous sommes désolés : je m’excuse auprès du peuple tunisien ».L’ancien sélectionneur des Diables Rouges a déjà entraîné une sélection africaine, l’Algérie, en 2003.
Il recherche un banc depuis son licenciement du FC Bruges, en novembre 2012.
